From June 1st to July 15th, 2021, People Vox conducted oXya’s biennial customer satisfaction survey. This survey gives us the opportunity to assess our customers’ satisfaction and identify how we can continue to improve. With close to 340 respondents, our results are significant:

The key results are:
- 99% of customers are satisfied with their partnership with oXya.
- 99% of customers would recommend oXya.
- Customers give oXya a rating of 8.9/10 for its quality of service.
- Customers define oXya by three key words: Expertise, Reliability and Reactivity.
oXya is also considered a reliable partner to help its customers address technological and security challenges:
- Customers are confident oXya can help them in supporting the migration to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation on a public cloud solution.
- They are also confident oXya can secure their systems.
- They are satisfied with the management and resolution of critical events.
Beyond these results, customers also shared their comments and wishes for improvement. We will do our best to meet them in the coming months.
