oXya is proud to have obtained ISO 50001: 2018 certification for the management of both its French datacenters (Emerainville and Loos) early 2023, with the help of Vinci Energies and following audits carried out by SOCOTEC and Dekra Certification.
oXya used the ISO 50001 standard as the basis for a structured approach to energy management. We have set up all the guidelines and practical processes recommended by ISO 50001, supplemented by actions required specifically for the management of our datacenters.
In concrete terms, oXya is in the process of setting up a counting plan of SEU (Significant Energy Use) – servers and cooling systems – in its data centers.
oXya’s ambition is to reduce its energy consumption, especially for its IT systems operations.
A first step that shows our commitment
With this recognition by an independent third party, oXya has reached a milestone.
Surveillance audits will now be carried out every year and will attest to the efficiency of our energy management system to measure and orchestrate the reduction of our carbon footprint.
In this way, we want to demonstrate our commitment to being a company that contributes to building a long-term future for the planet and for society.
