Paris, August 1st, 2024 – oXya, a global leader in managed services and cloud solutions for business-critical applications including SAP, announces today the acquisition of ArtimIS, a leading French consulting company specialized in Governance, Risks and Compliance (GRC).
Founded in 2017 by three partners, Wassim Ben Mansour, Arnott Hales and Benoit Pachot, ArtimIS provides SAP consulting and implementation services for Audit, Internal Control and IT Security departments. Known for its advanced expertise in GRC and Identity Access Governance (IAG), its excellent quality of service, and its strong focus on innovation, ArtimIs has established itself as a key player in the industry.
This acquisition is in line with oXya’s strategy of leveraging new market growth drivers and pursuing its international expansion.
